Not necessarily. Programs are built around your environment — whether that’s a full gym, home setup, or minimal equipment. If we train together in person, you’ll need access to the gym we use.

How often do we communicate?

You’ll have structured weekly check-ins along with ongoing support for adjustments, questions, and accountability. You won’t be left guessing or starting over — you’ll always have a plan.
